Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking consultations in advance for dedicated one-on-one time.
Can I trade in my current gear?
Yes. We offer fair trade-in value toward any purchase and will evaluate your gear in store.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for Leica, Hasselblad, Phase One, Zeiss, and Fujifilm, so every purchase carries the full manufacturer warranty.
Can I rent before I buy?
Absolutely. Rental fees can be applied toward purchasing the same item within 30 days.
How long do repairs take?
Most sensor cleanings and calibrations are completed within 48 hours.
